Agreement
By accessing or using SkillStream ("the platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
What SkillStream provides
SkillStream is an AI learning platform that: • Generates personalized learning roadmaps based on your goals and experience • Curates daily content from across the web (YouTube, GitHub, Hacker News, Reddit, and more) • Provides an AI-powered learning advisor chatbot • Offers a premium subscription for full roadmap access SkillStream is an educational platform. We do not guarantee any specific income or employment outcome as a result of using the platform.
Free and premium tiers
Free tier: Access to the first 3 steps of your personalized roadmap and the weekly curated content digest. Premium tier: Full roadmap access, Boss Level challenges, Final Castle resources, and all curated content tabs. Billed monthly ($19/month) or annually ($148/year). All prices are in USD. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout.
Payments and refunds
Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing you authorize SkillStream to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account page. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied within 30 days of your first payment, contact us at hello@streamskill.app for a full refund. No questions asked.
Acceptable use
You agree not to: • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense SkillStream content • Attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the platform • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose • Share your account credentials with others • Use the AI advisor to generate harmful, illegal, or misleading content
Intellectual property
All content on SkillStream — including roadmaps, copy, design, and code — is owned by SkillStream or its content providers. You may not reproduce it without permission. Curated third-party content (articles, videos, GitHub repos) remains the property of its respective creators. We link to original sources and do not claim ownership over them.
Disclaimer of warranties
SkillStream is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that: • The platform will be available without interruption • Curated content will be accurate or up to date • Use of the platform will result in specific learning outcomes or income We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
